Carolina Custom Roofing Services did an outstanding job putting a new roof and gutters on my house. Jason Leonard was very honest and straightforward with inspecting my roof for hail damage and filing a claim with my homeowners insurance. The roofing crew was excellent. They were very neat and organized while stripping my old roof and installing my new roof. They put in a 14-hour day to get my house completely done before the rain that was to come in the next day. Once the weather cleared, they put the roof on my shop the next day. They left everything very tidy and took all trash with them. Once my roof was on, the two-man gutter crew came in and installed all new gutters around my house. They were done in a half day and took all the old gutters away as well. They did a very neat job and asked me if all was to my liking before leaving. We have since had several big rains and everything performed flawlessly with no leaks. Jason was very upfront with the pricing of both the roof and gutters. He also filled me in on what increase in price may take place if any roof decking needed to be replaced. I did have some roof decking that had to be replaced due to rot. When Jason got back with me after the job was completed, he had a list of how much material was required to fix the decking above and beyond the initial quote. His numbers and pricing were spot on for the additional repair work. Even with the high prices of building materials, Jason gave me a very fair price for excellent workmanship and quality. I would definitely recommend him and his company to anyone needing a new roof or gutters. Honesty, integrity, and fair pricing are a hard combination to beat. Give them a call.
We contacted Matt to see if they installed gutter guards, which they do! We had just gotten a resolution to a previous gutter guard system that didn’t work for us. Within a matter of days, he had one of his guys come out to measure, and we quickly got a quote, which was 1/4 the price of our previous gutter guard quote. These gutter guards work great! Matt checked on us after a good rain to see how they worked for us! We are very, very pleased with them and the price was even better! Very honest and trustworthy and cared about our satisfaction, not just the money. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and neighbors!
